1. COMB: Comb your hair and get a small portion of you bangs or hair  and put it sideways

2. SIDEWAYS: gather all the other parts of your hair (except the bangs or the "sideway" hair) Hold the hair up sideways (same side as you sideway bangs/hair like Emily's, just make sure you hold it up high for a high ponytail.

3.COMB: Use a narrow teeth comb to comb your hair  and smooth it from your hairline to the base of the ponytail until it looks neat. It may help to sprinkle the brush with water or spritz it with hairspray.

4. UP: Get your hair rubber bands or whatever and tie up the sideway ponytail.

5. HAIRSPRAY: Use a hairspray or anything like gel to hold up your hair for the whole day, spray it on the top of your hair (not the end part), do not use too much to avoid super "hard hairspray" hair.
